Breakfast pizza, Beeler’s sausage links, scrambled eggs, homefries, tempeh bacon, and tofu scramble.

Lunch and Dinner

All day Friday, enjoy fresh, house-made pizzas. We prepare the dough ourselves in the bakery
and hand it off to the pizza geniuses in our kitchen crew. We have all the standards, like pepperoni and cheese,
and new specialty pizzas every week. Gluten-Free and vegan varieties are available too!

NEW! Pasta Bar

Gluten free mac n’ cheese, meatballs, pasta marinara, pasta alfredo, roasted cauliflower,
roasted broccoli, and kale Caesar salad with house made croutons on the salad bar.

Saturday

Breakfast burritos, scrambled eggs, home fries, tempeh “bacon” and more.

Lunch and Dinner

Kung pao with tofu or chicken, beef and broccoli, vegetable stir fry, fried rice, broccoli and peanuts, sesame green beans, sweet and sour vegetables with tofu.

The Co-op has three rotating soups available every day, with vegetarian and vegan options always available.
