"When will the next schedule of classes be available?”
Classes usually become available in our online store one month before the date of class. Keep an eye on our Facebook page for updates on what classes are coming up soon! Additionally, our twice-monthly email newsletter will contain timely updates on classes and events that are coming soon, so it’s a great way to stay in the loop. Sign up for our eNewsletter by clicking here, then scrolling to the very bottom of the page and entering your email address.

“I have a food allergy or sensitivity, is this class safe for me?”
If you have dietary restrictions, allergies, or other questions or concerns about food served during class, we want to help make sure you will still be able to come to class. Send an email to, or call (208) 882-8537, and enter extension #222.

“Can I pay for class at the store?”
Of course! All you have to do is ask your cashier while you’re checking out. Let them know which class you want to sign up for, and they will take your name and contact info after completing your transaction. You are now signed up!

“How do I know if my online registration was successful?”
All customers who pay online will receive an email confirmation immediately afterward. Additionally, the day of class, all attendants will receive an email with directions, parking information, and a reminder about the planned meeting time. Please let us know if you prefer a phone call instead and we will be happy to oblige.

“Where is class? Where do I park?”
The address of the class will be listed in the class description. Depending on the location, street or lot parking may be available. If you are unsure, you can always give us a phone call or email and we’ll figure it out together!

“What is the refund policy? If I cancel my registration, will I get a refund?”
If you are unable to attend class, just let us know by phone or email: (208) 882-8537, extension #222, or We offer full refunds for cancellations.

“I signed up for class, but I’m going to arrive late! Should I cancel my ticket?”

Late arrivals are okay! If you aren’t able to be there at the start of class, you are still welcome to join us.

“I want to teach a class for the Moscow Food Co-op! Who should I talk to?”
