Regardless of who you're rooting for on February 5, these oven baked french "fries" will be real winner. They're made with organic potatoes and can be coated with your favorite oil, herbs and spices.
To make our version you will need:
4 medium Russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon sea salt
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Preheat your oven to 425°. In a bowl toss all ingredients, except the parsley, together making sure potatoes are full coated. Spread the potatoes out in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes, until golden and the outsides are crispy. While the potatoes are still hot, sprinkle with the parsley and toss to coat. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
