Let's Toast: Mexican Hot Chocolate

The nights are becoming super chilly and there's really only one solution for frozen noses and toes: the best dang hot chocolate you've ever tasted. We know you probably have your tried and true recipes, or maybe your partial to packets of sweet powder (we're not here to judge), but trust us and give this one a try.

To make this recipe you will need:

Mexican Hot Chocolate- GF, V
1 ½ cups coconut or almond milk
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons real maple syrup
Pinch of sea salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

In a small saucepan over medium heat whisk all ingredients together until warm and well combined. Garnish with cinnamon sticks and vegan marshmallows.
